To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. We do not accept products that are hygiene-sensitive in nature such as earphones and headphones.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or the relevant order information.
There are certain situations where refunds will not be granted:
Items with obvious signs of use
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund application.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3 business days.
Samples/one piece orders
Return policy for samples/one piece orders applies for14 days from the date of your receipt.

If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Orders with quantities above 10 units will be considered a bulk order.
In the event that there are issues with your ordered goods , kindly inform us within 14 days of your receipt.
In such cases, we will only accept the return if the goods:
are of unacceptable quality (eg. due to a non-functional manufacturing defect)
did not match the description by which they were sold
were received in a damaged state
If more than 14 days have gone by since the receipt of your goods, we may not be able to offer you a refund or exchange.
Change of mind
The return policy for wholesale/bulk orders is applicable within 1 week from pick-up date or delivery date.

In the case of change of mind, the return policy for wholesale/bulk orders is applicable for the following periods:
7 days - no additional fee
8 to 14 days - with 10% handling fee*
If more14 days have passed since your receipt of goods, the return policy will no longer apply.
Returns beyond 14 days is subject to approval by case to case basis with a 10% handling fee*.
*10% handling fee incurred is for the purpose of covering quality control and restocking procedures.
Unfortunately items on clearance are not eligible for the return policy.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
