All you have to do is submit your company documents. Once verified by our team, you’ll be a part of our Loyalty Program. Joining is free.
Rebates are credited once your invoice is fully paid. When placing an order through our website, you can add your points upon checkout. If you’re placing an order with our Sales Team, simply inform us that you’d like to use your rebate.
No, only product purchases are included in your 12-month sales calculation. Printing services are excluded.
Yes, rebates are valid for 3 months from the date it's credited into your account.
Rebates are not valid with on-going promotions.
Any returned or cancelled orders will not count towards your running 12-month sales. If rebate points were earned from a returned/cancelled order, those points will be deducted from your account. If you have already used those rebate points before the return, the value of the points will be deducted from your refund.
