Return Policy


 To complete your return, please provide the invoice or the order information.

Refunds will not be granted if:

  • items show obvious signs of use.

  • item is not in original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

  • item is not in original packaging.

Refunds will be covered for cases where:

  • goods received are of unacceptable quality (eg: due to a non-functional manufacturing defect).

  • goods did not match the description by which they were sold.

  • goods were received damaged.

Returns due to change of mind:

  • Samples (one piece): Returns are applicable for 14 days from the date of receipt.

  • Wholesale/bulk orders: Returns are applicable within 7 days from the date of receipt with a 10% handling fee*. Returns beyond 7 days are subject to approval on a case-by-case basis with a 10% handling fee*.

*10% handling fee incurred is for the purpose of covering quality check and restocking procedures.

Upon receiving your returns, the goods will be inspected. This will take up to 2 business days.
Refund: If the request is approved, your refund will be processed within 3 business days. You may request a credit note or bank transfer.
Exchange: If the request is approved, the exchange will be processed in 1 business day. Shipping costs for the exchange due to our error will be borne by us.

Items on clearance are not eligible for the return policy.
